Service Description
The class will meet weekly for 1 hour for 4 weeks on Zoom. The classes will be recorded and available for 90 days after the class has ended. Topics include colonization of birth, changes in pregnancy, creating a birth plan, and connecting with the baby. Contact for sliding scale.
